Dennis Balogh and Owen Freeman have caught the eye of art director Brian Sanchez at the Legendary Saturday Evening Post. Dennis was thrilled to get the call after Brian recognized Dennis' knack for depicting real-life situations with believable finesse. The cover story is about Everyday American Heroes.
When Brian called for Owen his first observation of Owen's ability was that he could draw anything! The two stories Owen illustrated are from the fiction well, Yesterday's Garbage by Jon Hassler and The Little Miller Attack by Elizabeth McKenzie.
